Would love us to go in again for Moses either on loan or to buy .course it's obvious that osman didn't seem to be the answer today is it just a off day or is it something deeper? You never know will he go before deadline Day?? Stranger things have happened.we need a strong centre mid.. I know people have said that Ross will lose his place but can see osman sidestepped instead of Ross if we got someone in.. Wait for it Ross will be linked to either man utd or Chelsea before deadline Day!!!

I think it was the Blackburn game wasn't it? He was in the main stand and they buzzed off us and signed for Valencia.

I was at that game, sure Santa Cruz scored and Vic equalised. Quite sure Samba was a beast that day.

Typical rubbish again by both, none of you watched a game and still judged a players performance, magic that.

So by your statements when we lost to Leeds in the cup and had most of our first team playing someone like 25m rated Marouane Fellaini is now rubbish as he 'should help in not lose a game'.

Thing is tho, while Barry is clearly not going to be a long term answer, he is more proven than McCarthy and would be a hell of a lot cheaper despite his wages (we might not even have to pay them all if he is on loan). I would rather look at Barry for a year on loan and perhaps invest what little we have elsewhere than sell Felli and splash all our funds on McCarthy and still be a holding player short in midfield.

In fact the more I think about it a defensive midfield shield of Felliani & Barry (with Gibson in the mix when fit, or replacing Felliani if sold), with Piennar, Mirrallas, Osman & Barkley taking up attacking berths (not forgetting Naismith and the Spanish wonderboy!), sound pretty good!
