Just because the standard of football in Scotland isn't quite as good as it is in the English Premier League, doesn't mean that ANYONE coming from Scotland isn't capable of doing a job over here.

Big Dunc came from Scotland and he did just fine

Look Mikey, his career is already mapped out in the stars. He will sign for a Premiership team, be crap, sign for Wolves, they'll get promoted with him banging in 400 goals in the Championship, he'll be crap in the Premiership again and Wolves will get relegated, he'll then see his days out at St. Mirren and develop an alcohol/drug/wife beating addiction.

I hope we sign him and he bangs in 20 next season, just so you will have to write (In block capitals in the largest font possible) "I was wrong about Hooper"

He's Scottish, so that just leaves the wife beating on the list.
