No chance on earth hes already rated very highly by them, they paid like 8m and then hes gone and been amazingly good on loan for athletico last season, will be a max 2 years before hes starting for them, maybe sooner, got more chance of DeBruyne which tbh i'd take in a heartbeat from them

If we are gonna seriously look at a keeper then Stoke bringing in Butland means their prob willing to listen to offers for Begovic, anything less than 7m id take him

to be fair, he's 2nd in mine.

we HAVE to bring in a keeper with mucha gone, i really don't see the point in buying a backup for someone who's coming to the end; has had a torrid season & is not good enough for what our objectives should be.

he had 1/2 good games in the whole of last season - mucha had just as many

I actually thought this year was an improvement on last for howard.

He had ten or eleven just terrible games but then worked his way back up to competence, something he didn't really do last season.

He's still a shadow of the player he was in 2006-10 but I'm less worried I'm about them then I was. He was good enough for about half the year, imo.
 
Jermaine Defoe being released from Spurs - aged 30.
