Let's see, 2 or 3 players with nobody leaving:

Striker
Attacking mid assuming Fellaini will play deeper
Centre back to eventually replace Distin

We'd be alright with that like.

also got to say if he said we need to bring in six or 7 players sends wrong messages out to the squad and to teams looking to sell to us, and makes it look bad if the right six or seven aren't out there

I think we need at least 5-6 we already lost 3 players off a short squad who need replacing aswell as the extra 2-3

I can't see Fer going for more than the originally accepted bid, especially with only a year left on his contract.

Personally, when catching up, I find all the nit-picking, tit-for-tat arguments very tiresome. I half expect to see someone say 'My dad's bigger than your dad!'

How many did he score last season ? He is no better than Victor.

I would rather sign 1 class striker, than fill with 2 average players.

I like McCarthy, but if it was a choice between Kone + MCarthy or Soldado.
