I think I am going to retreat to my bunker untill the rumours are over and the season is about to begin.

If we signed every player we are supposedly linked with our squad would be almost as big as Citeh's:D

I am not having a go at you mate but you wrote a sentence of your opinion on Redmond. I wrote a sentence about Fer and co. What is the difference? We aren't writing a degree essay here. And you are making inaccurate accusation which you do not know and will never know.

Unless we can write an article like the one in the Executioner's Bong blog, I really do not think a sentence in a thread is good enough to be an analysis on how good a player is.

Who said Redmond is a major signing mate? That's right no one.

I just hate it when people claim some European guy is so good just because they have wiki'd him but never judged him them self. Man utd have dipped to the lower leagues for both Zaha and Powell, is that a lack of ambition from them?

What about our very own Coleman, from an unknown Irish league? I bet half on here would of preferred a Portugueser with the name Godhino without actually knowing anything about said player.

I have never seen Leroy Fer play, but due to the fact that Moyes wanted him, I really would be excited if we got him. Looks like he has all of the attributes needed to make a player and is at a good age to make the switch to the premier league.

This is a globel market mate. I do not understand the stubbornness of buying British players because the majority of them are overpriced. We aren't Man Utd. Man Utd are mega rich they can buy 10/15 players in a summer. I reserve my view on Zaha and Powell because they aren't starting for Man Utd yet. Even a player is bought by Man Utd, it does not necessary mean he is a good player. Bebe, Fabio and Macheda just to name a few.

How many Coleman are there? One. It is like winning lottery first prize. When there is 1 Coleman, there are 100 Cadamarteri. Credited to the Man Utd manager.

Further, You say I prefer a Portugueser with the name Godhino. No that is absolutely wrong. I want proven internationl player not a random foreigner from Ligue 2.

When there is 1 Neymar there is also 1 Jo mate.

So Cahill, Arteta, Jags, Lescott etc, didn't come from lower or inferior leagues then?

Your argument is badly flawed. Yes we should be looking globally but you don't ignore lower leagues just because you want European players. Do you remember Nyarko, Kroldrup and your very own Bebe all hailed as young prospects, what happened to them?

Yes but they were signings of David Moyes and I trusted him.

You miss out my last statement. I want international proven player. Nyarko was not international proven. Ok Kroldrup was a bad signing for Everton but he actually hadn't done that bad in Italy plus we only lost 1.5m on him.

So you rather spend money on local players even they are badly overpriced?
 

How many pages (20 posts per page obviously) until we actually sign a player? Scarf above his head and that.
