And there's nothing indicating that they are his main targets.

Him, or a player like that, infront of a midfield consisting of Fellaini, Gibson, Osman, Pienaar, Barkley. Would be superb.

And maybe bring the best out of Jella.....or play Kev uptop.

With just an outlay of £12 million.

Been heavily linked with Dortmund, will end up somewhere alot better than Everton unfortunately.

... know its early days but I actually thought the rumour columns might already be linking us with players based on Martinez's previous dealings, e.g. in S America, but I'm not seeing anything.

Well, Fellaini is gone almost for sure, so we better start thinking seriously of what can be done with the cash generated. If we get a striker of some note + an attacking CM with the cash + keep hold of Baines it'd = a successful transfer window. I'm happy that Martinez seems determined to polish up and promote lads at the club who've not been getting a game so far and they'll give us some depth.

I'm afraid Scotland was one of his main hunting grounds for players.

That would piss me off cos none of them have the potential to be as good as Fellaini.
 
Jelavic and heitinga out for a combined 8 mil or so

Bring in:

Belhanda 6 mil
Bony 10 mil
Mertens 6 mil

Belhanda can play on the wing and in a CDM role

Howard

Coleman jagielka distin baines

Gibson Felliani belhanda

Mertens bony mirallas
