Incidentally, if Felliani stays and Martinez still purchased Fer, then would you envisage Fer starting over Gibson in the centre of midfield? I'd personally see him as a squad player in that circumstance.

I personally think that opens up the 4-3-3 formation or 4-1-2-3 etc for us. Makes the squad much more flexible.

Not quite. I don't see Fer coming in unless Fellaini is sold on, probably a bad example for me to use him. Both very similar players from what I understand.

I think it's important to build strength too, but I think it's more important to find new way to improve the starting XI. If I thought we could sign Redmond for a fee that would not cast any doubt on other transfer targets, then I suppose it couldn't be a bad thing.

We will be fine, all we need to do is sell Fellaini and replace him with a couple of 6million pound players. That should be more than enough to consolidate an 8th placed finish, heck, we may even be able to sneak 7th.

mostly Mingolet, but I fear they will sign a lot more of players. That Apas guy and sevilla guy don't worry me too much, but the intent from the RS is there.
