Get a couple of million for Heitinga and get Alcarez on a free on cheaper wages. No brainer. Save the money for striker + creative midfielder

If he plays 3 at the back he needs sacking.

Wouldnt mind Alcaraz on a free we are 3 first team squad player short with Neville Hitz and Mucha leaving so need to replace them 3 then add another 3 more. Squad was already very short.

He's both a RB and CB. More used to playing RB at the moment but is expcted to switch permanently to CB eventually

We need a ****ing squad, we don't need to just sell everyone who can't get onto the team sheet every week

Although I agree...... a large reason of why remain competitive at the top end is that we buy quality on large wages rather than quantity on lesser wages... Ergo if we want a large squad we have to sacrifice quality (in general)

Makes sense to invest higher wages in the first 11 and bulk up the squad on lower wages though. Don't you think?

Alcarez is rubbish, why is every one saying we should get him just because he is on a free.

He is fcuking gash, proper gash. Pack it in people. I reckon we just don't bother getting Alcarez and get a mop from B&Q for £4.99 and play the mop instead.
