Martines started work this week, he haven’t even met half the players (many on holidays) he has no clue about our youngsters, he has to meet the first team players like Baines, Fellaini, Heithinga to see if they want to stay or move, he has to meet Irvine and Stubbs to see if any of our youngsters are good enough to be promoted to the first team or a certain youngster will be ready in 2-3 years time in a specific position.
