Just been past Goodison car park, it had a top of the range Land Rover with the number plate LE3 C8T. I wonder who it could belong to???

LE3 must be Lee, I know that bit. Can't make out the second bit, Cat?? may be Catterick, but googled that name and its not a footballer?? I will keep trying to solve it though.
You could be right, I was initially thinking two names but it could just be the surname.
