Today was the nadir, a toxic club from top to bottom exposed for all the world to see, from the empty board members seats to the pitch and to the car park.

Thanks Bill. Good times indeed.
Luckily we are not set adrift points wise but the absolute minimum for staying up is unity from the top down to the connection between the fans and players this looks totally fractured at the minute .It remains to be seen if yesterday statement regarding dbb is one of kenwrights stunts but they have burnt all there bridges yesterday

The tipping point was 1999 with Kenwright's "takeover".

He sees Everton, and the Chairman's seat, as his and his alone.

He didn't find a buyer, he found a patsy who wrote the cheques that Bill hoped, I assume at least, would allow him to bask in the success that followed.

All Bill's work and continued and guaranteed high-paid positions for his accolytes into the bargain.

Things go south, badly. But Bill stays silent. Better for the club to be run into the ground than him to be run out.

Chairman? Where was he when year on year we were moving closer to falling foul of P&S regulations, with your tatty, 2nd rate commercial operation, absence of governance, oversight, and accountability? Not to mention strategic direction. Good lord, we couldn't have that. Graeme Sharp and Usmanovs nephew on work experience as directors?

Don't make me laugh. The sad thing is the joke is on the fans.

I'll go to Goodison one more time to say goodbyes to it.
Beyond that I'll not set foot in the place ever again while the current board are still there.

They labelled me, my dad, my kids, my friends and each and every one of you a hooligan with that ridiculous headlock crap they've spewed over us today.

They can fùck off
(Sorry for the swears mods.*holds out wrist...)
One of, if not the saddest posts I’ve read on here.
@tommye I find it difficult to argue your standpoint - all I would say is this mate… you are a far, far better Blue than ANY of this narcissistic, incompetent, self-centred, self-serving shower of a board.

I understand your anger but, would urge you to keep going and if you can, join in the protests… they’re not going to stop till Kenwright and Co are gone.

Today was a new low

A loss that made it odds on we're going to be relegated. The club showing they have zero regard for their supporters. A board seemingly trying to deflect blame and avoid accountability. A club at war with itself. Poor behaviour towards players. A manager out of his depth. Goodison Park not a nice place to be for anyone.

Hard to see anyway back from this. Teams have their time to be the big side who go down, and it's our time. This is a cycle and spiral of decline that can't be stopped as far as I can see.

I do wonder if we have hit rock bottom as a club.

Surely the only way is up? Right.. please?
