He had a planWe have a squad of players who should be pushing for Europe and in the knock out stages this season. We aren't recouping what we are spending and seeing any success. We can keep playing this game of catch up for years and end up in a bad way.
On paper we look great, practically we are diabolical and a team that has no chemistry amongst them.
The worst thing we can do is throw money around. We only need a LB now, just leave it at that.
I think Moshiri is insane and thinks splashing money on average players is going to be a quick scheme to get us into Europe again. When it doesn't happen he sacks the manager.
He has no business plan or strategy for this so called project. It's a a car crash.
We need players to take us to the next level. He won’t
My main concern is that we play nothing like Arsenal so he could end up being another Bolasie who runs dead fast but doesn't do much else for us.
We're really struggling to build play and be creative in possession. Rooney is the only one we have who can pick a decent ball forward.
Agree with this Williams was playing while we kept all but 3 goals out in 6 gamesDefinitely need a left-back mate but Sam's organisation doesn't require personnel as such - just a structure that everyone can buy into and is good enough to fulfil their roles.
We've been caught out recently by silly individual errors creeping back in, namely as a result of rotation that to a point was forced upon us, but also rotation that Sam didn't need to do (Williams and Holgate need to be the starting CB's, for example).
Need a tissue ???Number 11 *taps nose*
Is he Prem ready? - Yes
Is he an upgrade on what we have today? - Yes
Does he offer pace and support to the CF? - Yes
more to do in other positions...
Mushes he is better than you currently have.
Hey Blue Blue. Sorry-just to clarify (my fault for not being clear) I don't think Walcott is one of our worse decisions but we have made lots of bad ones over time. I am relatively new to posting and was reading through all the posts when I put that post up. Still getting used to putting the right quotes in the right place etc. it was a feeling over a few posts and I wasn't clear.I have been supporting Everton since the 1970s. I don't think this is even in the top 100 bad decisions in that time.
A forward in the prime years of his career with loads of pace and a good goal scoring record and that is the worst decision you have seen in 40 years. I find that hard to believe.
But still not good enough for “Everton” for the GOT happy clan
Walcott on the right allows Bolasie to go to his natural left side role, get Gylfi in the middle behind Cenk, jobs a goodun
