Is that the same Usain Bolt who has an actual football trial for Dortmund?
I don't want to shock you but I suspect it is all a bit of fun - just like all the other trials he has done over the past decade.

I agree to a point but equally Arsenal were willing to let Giroud go in the summer (and now if reports are to believed) and he scored a fair few last season and seems to have a great attitude. Wenger's an oddball mateOf course he could, but he’s not wanted. why? I keep reading ‘19 goals’ last season so why are arsenal willing to let someone go who scored that many and also why isn’t he in the side?? Injuries? Attitude? Not good enough?
Tongue in cheek really.Just delaying the signing long enough so he can’t. Part of the Everton transfer process.

Because Wenger knows that out and out fast paced wide players decline dramatically after 29, so he'll get some decent money for an inconsistent player who he can invest in a better younger version. League goals for Walcott last few years: 10,5,5,5. Walcott's most consistent seasons in a row were 2010-11, 2011-12 and 2012-13, that's a long time ago.Of course he could, but he’s not wanted. why? I don’t deny that he’s said something about wanting to play for Allarydce, my point is he’s said it because it’s the correct thing to say when a club and manager is offering you a nice contract! He will probably tell us how great the atmosphere is at Goodison as well when we all know it’s like a morgue, again it’s the correct thing to say.I
If you really want to be right go for it .
Several reliable reports indicate otherwise but I guess you know Theo and his wants and needs better
Or are you just guessing ? for the record making a statement without an evidence chain is also known as guessing which generally results in nonsense
Well for the past two years Walcott's injury record has been pretty good, so it's not that. There's also been no question at all over his attitude.
The consistency is the thing with him.
He clearly wants first-team football but clearly he isn't consistent enough to get it with a side competing in the top six.
When he has played this season though, he has scored/assisted goals.
I think it's a combination of him wanting regular playing time, but also not being good enough to get in ahead of Ozil/Sanchez/Lacazette.
But look, were you complaining that Giroud wasn't good enough when we were after him, even though he's pretty much in exactly the same position as Walcott at Arsenal?
Walcott may not be good enough to get in Arsenal's front three, but he's definitely good enough for ours.
Now your response may be that we should aim for 'better', but the fact is that we aren't there yet. We're a god awful side with no balance that plays with zero pace or creativity in the final third.
Walcott offers that pace, but also that goalscoring record of 1 in 4 games over his career. For any player that has predominantly played wide, that's good going.
Justin Gatlin is 35.The same Usain Bolt who retired because his body was failing because of his age?

I said we were spending the bulk of our money on older players. How much did those 5 you've named cost compared to Sigurdsson, Bolasie, Walcott, Schneiderlin, Williams (ffs).
To be honest it would bother me a lot less if the older players we were buying were actually any good. It's depressing just writing out that list of no marks.
What matters to me is whether or not we're using the money we have sensibly; spending a lot of money (wages and transfer fees) on players that are at best only going to be at their peak for a year or two doesn't seem like good business. I want the club to be run sustainably and with a view to building the best team possible over more than just a 1-2 season horizon.Does it matter how much the younger players cost?
You need balance in a squad. We have loads of young players, we have a fair amount of older players too, we need more in the middle (as Allardyce has said himself).
