Nice to see the two lads getting an opportunity. Have either of them got much exposure to the U23's to date or are they being fast tracked from even younger sides?

Let's address the Moyes thing first. Who are the great youngsters he never gave a chance to? Mustafi and? So people were wrong about that.

I notice you weren't going on about Gordon not starting. Again.

It's just tedious. The manager picked the correct team last night, but you think he should have done something slightly different. i.e pick a 16 year old kid you know nothing about.

Bet you defo would have given Baxter more game time than Moyes.

So my opinion was he should start and your opinion was that he shouldn't which is fair enough.

The problem is when you think your opinion is right (even though that isnt the case as there is no evidence to suggest playing him last night would have ended badly) you talk down to others.

As I said get a grip lad Its a discussion forum not proven math and if you cant handle others opinions without resorting to little personal digs all the time then thats on you fella. Respect works both ways and it doesn't cost much to show it.

On the other hand, big European teams who were already looking at him will be even more interested now knowing that Ancelotti obviously rates him highly too, so they could be all over him now.

I think he will stay. A lot of that talk has died down. He started playing for the 23's and training with the 1st team after that. If he wants to develop, he's at the best place currently.

Agreed, thought he might have come on when Godfrey went off and Kenny came on! Bringing Kenny on at LB was a bit of a weird one for me, surely Carlo knows all there is to know about JJK by now - pretty sure he’s not in Carlo’s plans as a RB moving forward never mind as a makeshift LB?
