Played well and has certainly improved towards the end of this campaign but his earlier performances were inexcusable and we should definitely be looking to replace him. I'd love us to sign Cech on loan, personally

TH is looking better looks a return of his calf again - Robles will hopefully steps up to the plate again!

The job of a backup player is to perform when called upon. Robles is the backup.

Too much wages aswell - as mentioned if TH is injured again - a chance for his back up,keeper to,show his form again from his last clean sheet run -'if TH is injured again just showing good form - Robles if so needs to be as impressive as he was!
Or we need to be in the market in the summer for a keeper of youth , and capability!
 
Did nothing wrong today, and the way he got out quickly to block Rooney's shot was excellent.

His good points have never really been in doubt, but a really top class keeper would have gained ( or not lost ) us quite a few points this season and a few other seasons as well. I don't want to replace him with someone who's good at what Howard's poor at and vice versa, but the keepers position is almost as important as the centre forwards, so, if we're serious about moving up a level then it needs looking at.

Your first choice goalie, more than any other player, is likely to be as near as damn it, ever present, which makes getting that position right, absolutely bob on.
