Like him on the ball but he’s risky and he’ll get punished in the prem, he’s not got a clue off the ball yet either.

Could be some player in there, agree with most. Still don’t think he gets into 90% of the leagues midfield though.

Takes chances, makes mistakes but he's got an awful lot going for him. If he can develop and his decision making improves a bit he might end up being a really good signing.

Not saying I don’t rate him but it’s an indictment of where we are that he’s getting this much hype off a good performance against Doncaster at home. Days after getting ran ragged by Spurs.

Kids talented, let’s get it right. But he is going to make a lot of mistakes and it is going to be a massive learning curve this season. I don’t think this level of expectation is healthy.

Name me an Everton player that doesn't make mistakes. Mistakes included he is still our outstand player at the moment.

Every single midfielder we have had for about 15 years has been ran ragged away at Spurs. You are drawing way too many conclusions from one bad game in one of our hardest games of the season. This lad has ability on the ball which I haven’t seen since Arteta in our CM. People get overexcited when we have players that can actually play football rather than crabs.
