This is a massive overreaction. A prime Pirlo/Xavi/Keane hybrid would have struggled in that Spurs match. There's only so much one play can do on their own.

Could be some player in there, agree with most. Still don’t think he gets into 90% of the leagues midfield though.

I really like him. Onana may go on to bigger and better things as he didn't fit into how this team plays. Tim is perfect for it and could probably fit into any structure. Hopefully here for many years to come.

Yeah this is a level headed take. A lot to be excited about with him though and hopefully he’ll iron out those issues with time.

Yeah not knocking the kid but he’s bottom of the prem/top of the championship level as it stands. Says it all he just ran it against league two Donny but struggled in the league at the weekend.

There’s an athlete and a talented footballer in there though. Once he gets some more experience and irons out his decision making, bit more discipline without the ball he could be very good for sure.
