Trying to change the subject?

As I said he's created goals and he's helped keep clean sheets, he's contributed alot on this good run.

He's added a new dimension to our game and has very rarely been beaten. Moyes knows this and he's in the team on merit, Yobo has been on the bench for four to five games now.

Not changing the subject, just not arguing against what you said. He hasnt done anything JL cant do and Lescott is also a better defender. I believe its more a matter of well Lescott has done rather than a reflection on Baines

Well it's a piss poor argument to be honest HB.

He’s played more games than Lescott at left back this season, he’s created more goals and he’s kept more clean sheets. There’s a reason he’s playing left back, it’s because he’s playing well and is there on merit.

Of course your going to say it’s all down to Lescott’s good form but you don’t like Baines, it’s as simple as that. And it goes against you saying the back four is a “collective” thing in your thread. Or does that only work one way, if they are conceding goals and not playing well?

The balance is right, we are keeping clean sheets and Baines crossing and attacking play has been very good. What more do you want?

Against Bolton he also put the ball in for Cahill's miss, took the free kick that Gosling headed straight at Jussi and took quite a few corners, all of good quality.

He did, his crossing has been very good bar one or two games. He's a very creative fullback.

I've been supporting the club since 1999.

The club has pretty much gone upwards since then. This in an environment where very few clubs have the huge amounts of money to spend.

Sorry if I don't support your "Kenwright Out" post.

Oh, and if anyone wants to give me the "you're just settling for second best" garbage, get back to me when you have a grasp on the economics of football today.

That is all.
