I don't know that he has one tactically. I do think he wants to develop younger players, which is decent, but also not necessary for a team with the buying power Chelsea have.

I really don't think it was. I mean when they were signed did Koeman know exactly what he planned to do with each one and where exactly they were going in the team he intended to play? If the answer is no, then there was no plan. Which is why that got signed off on. Because no half thought out plan would included 3 #10s at once.

Still I don't how you can look at the transfer business Koeman and Walsh did and point to any kind of end goal. They just bought players and tried to figure it out later. That's exactly what I'm saying we should never do ever again.

I can't understand how you would do what they did without it being a plan, though. This wasn't two drunks going down the supermarket and coming back with three different types of bread, they spent time negotiating for all those players and tried to play them together. To say they were doing it randomly is to let them off the hook.
