I don’t know of many English players being successful at playing no. 10 role for a big club and for a long period. They are eventually surpassed by any other European or South American no. 10 and are asked to play deeper. Lallana and Gerrard comes to my mind. So in that regards I agree that Grealish might well be a better bet

Think it all depends on what you need. I’m not saying grealish is a much better player however he offers much more and is a better all round player.

Agree with the number 10 roles and English players.
 


Olympiakos are playing like champions of their country.

Always does my head in when these teams come in that are flying domestically and play like Bolton Wanderers in the champions league.

Just playing their own game and playing it well
