Sort of, but Suarez said it aggressively and repeatedly to his face in order to abuse him. So the context is very very different. The word is used affectionately in parts of South America. I also think punishment is different for writing and saying stuff. He's just thanking someone. Who made a picture for him.

Yeah it’s better to have a young manager with one way of playing to crack the many problems at Everton rather than an experienced one with so much success who is not tied to any one formation and will keep working to find solutions. After all Martinez and Silva worked out so well for us.

Why are the first 4 games discounted? Or the games last season? Remember when he came in and took a team that looked completely rudderless and had us showing top 6 form until lockdown? Why is it that it’s only the poor results we focus on? People were even complaining after the win over Fulham!

I couldn’t give a stuff about Arteta, Hasenhuttl, or any of these other managers. The reason it relates to Everton though is because every time Ancelotti fails to win a game, there’s a load of traffic on here saying why (insert whichever manager has just won a game and is doing well here) would have been a better choice for Everton. Last season we had apparently made the wrong choice and should have gone for Arteta, this season it’s any of Hasenhuttl, Bielsa, Nuno (apart from when they lose). They all go through bad patches though, every manager does yet when Ancelotti has them he’s apparently yesterday’s man whereas when one of the flavour of the month candidates has them then it’s not discussed because we’re too busy talking about which new flavour of the month would have been a better choice than Ancelotti.

no-one rational can compare the two, even with it being the same word used. Saurez deserved his ban and probably got off lightly with 8 games; but that doesn't excuse Cavani's ignorance, in the context of who he is reaching with his Instagram. they commercialise the platform and they cant have it both ways & whether friendly in that context or not in todays world it was inappropriate. For me the blame lies with Man United, all their posts are subject to approval & he should have be trained on context in the UK

Suspect he will be banned for more than Bernardo Silva, but less than Suarez.
