Looking very good, Chelsea. Full of running and attacking intent; create a lot of chances. Some very good young players and experienced older players. They're top and Werner is yet to get his scoring boots on - which he surley will as the season goes on.

Best team in this league so far by a fair distance.

1 Watched MOTD, and at least we were creating chances, if not scoring them all. I would be more concerned if we were not creating any chances at all.

2 ManUre's first goal. The Beeb used a certain technology that showed the ball had gone well out of play from their GK in the lead-up to their equaliser. Now, a) if the Beeb can call upon that in little time, why is it not available/used by the Premier League? and b) if they have goal-line technology, surely another camera(s) can look along both touchlines to aid in the decision-making on such things. Although I'm not particularly enamoured of WHam, I felt sorry for them after seeing what actually happened. I don't blame the linesman, as once the GK had hit the ball, he was getting up the line and looking across for anyone straying offside.

3 What davek said. Even though going a goal down, Chelsea looked very sharp going forward. That attack can carve anybody up.

Chelse look the embodiment of lampard. Clever, but not flash, effective

Strongest squad without question. They look like they can sustain injuries over the course of a season and not let it slow them down. I dont see that with any other outfit.

Lamapard seems to have sorted the defence and they look strong but as of yet they’re not winning the big games. Draws against United Spurs, losing to Liverpool. They’re going to have to start winning some of these games in the second half of the season if they’re going to win it.
