I'm chuffed for Brighton , they are a dynamic and action packed team that typically lack the final product. so for wins to finally materialize especially against top tier teams like the red menace, is an accomplishment that is truly deserved.
It's going to hurt more in two weeks when, in the knowledge that Burnley and Brighton have just turned them over ein ease, we once again crumble to a pathetic defeat at Anfield against their injury-ravaged and out of form team.

Yeah form involving both sides always becomes irrelevant, as you're correct we're so mentally fragile. If we ever want to realize our supposed ambitions we need to rise up and deliver on crucial games like the derby. Hopefully one day the cycle will be broken haha

Soucek running into the box late and scoring is quickly becoming the Son running in behind equivalent for West Ham where it really is weird that teams seem to not be aware that it is going to happen.

Also tough night for Martinez is pretty much the difference there which Villa really can't afford.
Moyes team. It's always been on the agenda. It used to be Cahill, then after that Fellaini - no coincidence he was most productive with us doing exactly that every time.
