To be honest you sound like a patronising angry little man who throws a tantrum when someone says something (like "virtue signal") that he doesn't like, and goes and gets agreement from his like minded mates. Widen your horizons kid, you might learn something.

exactly my thoughts. I can understand taking a chance on an unfit Beckham or Rooney back in the day but not on this guy. I tip my hat that he has maximised his talent but this is hugely insulting to the players left out. Same applies with Maguire
