Dropping Zouma for one game wouldn’t do much.

His playing days in England are done in my opinion. No opposing fan will ever let him forget what he’s done. I’d even go as far as saying the incident must surely disgust his own team mates. So far it seems his team mates have tried to deflect the situation, but it’s only a matter of time before it affects the team

I personally think he’s done in England

He could go to Newcastle where they accept abuse to humans and animals alike.

Love this bit of conspiracy nonsense from a Leicester forum.

He’s cooked up a mad idea, then labels Rodgers “a terrible man” because he’s convinced himself it’s true by the end of the post.

Reminds me of Alan Partridge getting annoyed by how he thinks Chris Rea would mess him about over his imaginary barbecue invitation.
Do you like mini kievs?

Although agree on healthy skepticism that it would work (tbh place more faith in the presumably upcoming court case that he is banned from owning animals) still think it valuable as
a) I’d like to think people can change and personally seen some people change attitudes after classes/counseling on other subjects.
b) I presume they stress in the course that the lack of empathy involved in animal abuse can also be a marker
to other non animal abuses and that someone really doesn’t want to step down that road if only for their own future.
c) from West Ham’s point of view it important from a pr perspective.

To be honest I just don’t know if the actual class would be what changed him though.
A) do you honestly think the education he’d receive in the class is what would make him change as if he didn’t know it was wrong in the first place. Or is it more likely to be the backlash from the public and authorities.
B) I agree I think it’s likely this isn’t the only negative behaviour he’s displayed but again I just can’t see how an ani
So welfare class is going to resolve those. I’m not for one moment suggesting he’s say abusive to his children but other negative behaviours are probably more deep rooted then an animal welfare class can resolve.
C) honestly don’t know what at this point it’s going to achieve, I think ot would be more productive to have him do some sort of community service working with rescued animals and actually fine him and use that money to contribute to an animal charity.

I see the lip service the idea of it promotes but in reality none of us are unintelligent enough to think it’s actually going to make a change in either him (as I say I think the backlash has probably already stopped him from doing something like that again) or to West Ham.

Sorry for going to much into this in the football thread LinekersLegs. I truly just don’t see what it’s going to achieve.

West Ham have shown their true colours over this and sorry for posting this rag of a paper but if this is true those involved need to take a good long hard look in the mirror
