Today’s Football 2021/22 Season

Patrick Vieira turning out to be a good manager was a Shyamalan-esque plot twist I absolutely didn’t see coming this season.
He's not even doing anything complicated. Somehow the ideas of playing three midfielders, trusting young players when they play better than older ones and trying to pass the ball even if you're not the most talented aren't commonplace. Credit to him for getting the big things right.

City are very difficult to like. If I wasn't a blue I'd probably want the rs to win out of the 2 of them. To be honest, other than Leicester it's been hard to like any of the league winners for a fair few years.

I can’t believe Guardiola didn’t make a sub. City only have themselves to blame for allowing Liverpool back into it. As good as they are they can be prone to complacency and Guardiola at times seems to be obsessed with trying to reinvent the wheel. Worrying thing is Liverpool have always thrived on momentum and they have loads of that at the moment.

How do you erase Everton out of your system? There has to be a way

With each passing week I am getting more used to the probability that the RS will win the quadruple and we will go down. 144 years of history and there has never been a worse time to support us.

Also helps they have decent players.

Gallagher
Wilf
Olise
Eduoard

And defenders who can actually defend and defensive midfielders who can run and tackle.

All roads lead back to the issue of recruitment and under Brands we've recruited players more suited to Holland or Portugal than England.

14 points clear City were at one stage, no team has ever let such a lead slip in the title race before. Not signing a striker will come back to haunt Guardiola.

Sure but having them and not using them has been a long term Everton problem

You’ve been a barrel of laughs since you joined on Wednesday…….
