Like I say, his clamped his leg after winning the ball and it's broken his leg.

It's the same with Son and Gomes in terms of "it wasn't malicious" but what he did caused a break

But it doesn't mean it's a red card though. It's just very unfortunate for the lad. You will have seen tons of worse fouls this weekend that weren't even given as a foul.

It's all about consistency for me. I agree and I don't really think this one should be either for the same reasons, but it has to be or the Son one you're admitting was crap. They're very similar incidents.

Which club’s games attracts the most eyeballs (globally). I would say the top 2 are Manure and RS, then Chelsea, Arsenal and Spurs and City. I am not sure who comes after that, but it’s a big gap down.

That's because of the marketing strategy the PL employs when selling the brand off for TV rights.

If say, arsenal and spurs have dropped off and west ham and Leicester are doing well when the next round of rights are due for selling, they will become the brand clubs and will get the exposure.

It's not though. They're virtually side by side and he is scooping the ball. His other leg lands on the calf and that causes it.

Which is what I'm saying. It's still clamped in on his leg and caused a break.

He's completely in control and it's not vicious...but it's arguably a sending off as it's a follow through that's caused a serious injury for me.

its hard to see but defender's trailing leg looks to have caught the inner ankle, elliott's foot stayed glued to the turf.

The tackle itself wasn’t a sending off, but it doesn’t get much more “dangerous play” than breaking someone’s leg. Which is what the rules state is a sending off.

Not in a million years are they similar. The Leeds player was at least contesting the ball, Son's was a cowards trip after he (yet again) lost his cool.
