It's all about consistency for me. I agree and I don't really think this one should be either for the same reasons, but it has to be or the Son one you're admitting was crap. They're very similar incidents.

the Son challenge was a foul though, and it was a foul with malice (IIRC Son had just lost the ball) - yes, he didn't intend to snap Gomes but it happened and it was his fault

this one though I am not sure about, though Pawson's decision making really has to be questioned there as from the TV it looked like he'd shown the red to placate Klopp

That's the point I'm making. Let's see if the Leeds lad gets his red overturned. If it isn't, it would be interesting to hear their explanation (other than "because it's the rs").

No there not similar incidents at all.

That son* pushed Gomes into the other spurs player, out of frustration and it was premeditated, hence why he should have been red carded.

The Leeds defender was going for the ball side on, and the kopite lads foot got caught in the turf at just the wrong time - very unlucky and I feel for the kid, but it wasnt a red card.

Don't wish injury on the lad but my sympathy is very limited, he's the one who filmed calling Kane special-needs because of the way he speaks and did offensive impressions. Not exactly a boy scout.
