Formation really, he went back to what works going 4-3-3 but really he should have played that in Budapest and gone 3-4-3 tonight to match up Germany, could be at least 3 points better off

Just my take on it, we are very weak at the back so Southgate has to protect his back four. Sad state of affairs when there is no one any better than Maguire. If we went out and attacked I think we would lose games quite heavily.
