It's rare that a point away at Germany can really be considered a bad result but I didn't know if we'd been by far the better team and should have won it

About 12 of Rooney’s were penalties. How many of Lineker’s were pens as well? It’s not like Kane is the only one that’s allowed pens on his record.

Penalties are certainty. No one ever misses. They shouldn't really bother taking them just award the goal.
