Today’s Football 2022/23 Season

Count the points and who has the most help from VAR for each team come the end of the season and see who gets more calls.

Today was a balancing thing, keep the lesser teams happy with a few dodgy calls, just like the old crock “the mistakes balanced themselves out across all teams every year!” - that was a load of codswallop as well.

Can’t have anything being decided nice and early now can we, what world that do to the poor premier league and skys viewer ratings.

Wake up sausage.

COYB!

John.

You could say those spurs players hate conte after the way they played on his return, but he ain’t helping himself by continually picking Dier at CB.

Those VAR mistakes have been absolutely horrendous. Yesterday for me is the tipping point where the clubs have to get to together and say to the Premier League "enough is enough, the standard of refereeing is diabolical and the misuse of VAR is scandalous"

It simply can't continue and mistakes like the Brighton offside is no surprise when you find out Lee Mason is on VAR duty. Same as Mike Dean who I'm sure has had to come out about 3 times to admit to mistakes he's made. Swarbrick who is head of VAR yet can't see the West Ham handball?? Absolutely appalling and it really does need to get to the point where teams refuse to play until the PL do something about the officiating as there's no way on earth they aren't blagging some of these decisions for their own benefit.

Ditto.

He clearly isn't cut out to be a manager at the top level, and more so with a dire Southampton side. It's a shame as, like with Marsch, he'd have took them down.

Surely they must be an even more unattractive proposition than we were as they’re 4 points adrift and no transfer window now. Would be good if it took them a while to find a manager and their caretaker lost a few more games.
