Poland should not be losing to Moldova.

Just shows how UEFA is getting a lot more even when it comes to the lower-middle to upper-middle division nations

Moldova used to get destroyed in every game, but now they can get results like that on the right occasion

I think there might need to be change in attitude to results like this

Rather than it being seen as a bad result for Poland, we might need to start seeing it as a good result for Moldova and accept that the number of punching bag sides in the confederation are reducing

Oh, I can definitely understand that UEFA is getting a lot more even. That's partly why I didn’t include Luxembourg's "shock" result v Bosnia in Bosnia, as I'm self aware Luxembourg have a decent core of players coming through e.g. Mainz's player of the year represents them.

That said, while I respect the fact Moldova have a younger core than Poland, I just thought the Poles would hold onto their 2-0 HT lead with all the experience they have at their disposal. I guess that's where the real "shock" about the result sets in, the manner which it came about?

Population of England - 56 million
Population of Ireland - 5 million
FA revenue - £500 million
IFA revenue - £15 million

On what planet can people celebrate England football team being better than Ireland/Wales/Scotland/NI?
I wasn't celebrating anything.

So had we had gone down a few weeks back, we’d have either started the Championship season at Sheffield Wednesday (Southampton) on a Friday night, Coventry at home (Leicester) in a 12pm Sunday game or Cardiff at home (Leeds) on a Sunday afternoon
