No one is making him out to be Howard Kendall tho. We can see he has plan and we look like we finally could start moving in the right direction. every Everton fan can get behind that.

I missed the game, but they got over 90 points last season but some of those games they were winning were so tight, they had everything going for them, bounces, refs, injuries, drawing two finals but winning cup etc

That can’t last, and then take mane out of them, few key players a year older, everyone seems to literally just target that tta’s side now

I dont believe GOT or other forums/social media platforms are paying anyone, I do believe however that external third party groups with nefarious motives certainly run or pay accounts on social media to post things to achieve certain narratives be it political, social, economic or so on.

Even on the #27 year group campaign thread there has been talk of supposed "letters" being sent to Peter Kenyon by one of the members leading to a fall out.

Russian Bots, fakenews, vaccine/Covid Conspiracy theorist accounts you would be a fool to believe everything is what it appears to be online.

Although I do believe in this case RE EFC social media its a potential very small minority and the vast majority are just harmless bedwetters/moaners spouting 24/7 negativity / witch hunting other Blues.

Last three years of buys haven't been great for them, they did little the year before that, and they haven't been promoting players from the academy lately. If you're not constantly bringing in players that push the existing starters for minutes, sooner or later complacency and rot set in.

The good news for them is that they haven't spunked a bunch of cash on anchors. The situation is fixable but Klopp would have to start fixing it. He left the previous two jobs after seven years (which is admittedly a good run for a football manager in this day and age). He's in year eight at Liverpool - uncharted territory for him. I tend to think he'll be out sooner rather than later.

Not that anyone around here minds seeing Liverpool or Klopp struggle lol
