Ok the first part of this sounds bonkers when we’re on GOT.

Then on the second, aren’t you the one pushing negativity on Lampard whilst everyone else can see the direction he’s trying to push us and is feeling good about it? Since the derby I’ve seen overwhelming positivity.

But saying that makes you a Benitez lover or RS apparently - so ask the question why is that ? Who is pushing that narrative and for what purpose ?

….loved watching Piotr Ziolenski for Napoli last night, terrific footballer.

Every time I see Milner on the pitch, I think the opposition has a chance. Pity Napoli couldn’t get a couple more but it puts the Reds under a bit of pressure, expect a few buses to get smashed.

No, these points aren’t linked. You are only called a Benitez lover because you loved Benitez and this is used as a stick to beat you with whenever you talk negatively about Lampard because ‘what do you know, you liked Benitez’.

If I was to start saying I don’t support Lampard nobody would say I was a Benitez lover because I never wanted him, gave him a fair chance to prove me wrong when he came, then vocally wanted him out from the Watford game onwards.

Yes, the reason given about that was something to do with the beginning of the international break, which, if there are games already , I don’t understand; possibly something about not being played unless it’s already a contracted TV game?

And if Lampard fails here like every manager since Moyes - will "Lampard lover" be a fair stick to beat someone with whenever they offer a valid criticism of a future manager that follows as whats the difference ?

No Refs to make red cards evaporate into yellows, goals scored ruled out for phantom offsides because they are checking the shadows of the players, hands raised in the penalty area and no penalty given because "nobody noticed"...none of that crap last night and they were thumped.

The issue is, you say you are behind lampard and like him, then every single post you make is negative about him and saying he is under pressure (or will be as we are all going to turn on him after big losses which haven't happened).

It's nothing to do with Benitez technically. But, when Benitez was on that insanely poor run of 1 win in like 14 games, you backed him completely and he was under no pressure from you and all your posts were backing him strongly.

So people are obviously going to point that out because it shows your posts about Lampard as being very weak.
