They did have a player less like. Against a team that can bring on 100 million pound players off the bench.

I was a little harsh, alright.

I still don’t think being a man down should see a top side with ambitions to topple City reduced to 12% possession, but I agree with you about City. The fetish for possession at all costs - including sterility - baffles me. As critical as I am of Arsenal for being stupid enough to go down to 10 and craven enough or inferior enough to give up the ball almost totally, you’d have to ask questions of why a side with almost total ownership of the ball are only equalising at the death.

Properly hate city. Didn’t really pay them that much attention until a few of their head pattering fans signed up on here just cos liverpool were their closest rivals and expected us to all bow down in front of them and ignore their flagrant cheating.

I think the game plan nearly worked. So it’s harsh to criticise it.
