I think Spurs are likely to compete for the league again next season. They're a proper team with very good players, manager and financial backing. Liverpool almost fluked it because they had Suarez and momentum. I reckon Spurs will do better than Leicester next season.

Totally agree on the last point. Leicester, don't invest and their CL commitments will stretch them to the limit, invest in bigger name players and their team spirit could be badly impaired as some of this season's heroes start to miss out.

Yep, it's a very interesting position for Leicester now. As I said elsewhere, I think they'll stabilise around 6th for the next 2-3 years then fade away.

They can't spend much more than they already do without wrecking their ROI, can they? Don't think it's the amount of purchases, it's how many of them have been crap.

Those three clubs mentioned are all likely to have new managers and be backed by stupid amounts of funds.

watching those celebration for the leicester fans is what football should be about.

yes, it's undoubtedly sad not to see everton win it, it's sad whoever other than us wins it though ... but seeing as i've been following foooty since 96 - every season it seems to be full of players who have been there and done it before who sort of half celebrate but they have won trophies before and will do again so it's not quite the same. It would have been the same for spurs no doubt, but most of this leicester squad are championship quality, lower tier prem quality at best. Players like albrighton moving from the team who finished bottom in what was hardly viewed as a forward step, huth coming down from stoke, wes morgan who's always been lower league material and even nathan dyer who i think will get a winner's medal(?) currently on loan from the team 2 points off 15th.

as well as their star striker who's been not even non-league standard for the majority of his career.

wonderful story, don't get many of these in this day and age of football. With marseille and atletico recently winning their respective leagues, i hope we can start to see something where hard word and organization can win over the top of massive money and prima-donnas.

That was the funniest last 10 minutes and 6 added I've ever seen!

My son was on the phone to me watching it as well, and we were saying almost every minute 'He's gonna get trimmed out!', and so it happened. You just knew there would be pile-ins every other minute when the Spurs players lost their heads at 2-2. Continued to kick off after the game in the tunnel! If that game had been a Merseyside Derby, there would have been 3-4 red cards. Clattenberg was lenient in the extreme, AND he lost control. His handling of the game in the latter stages should be called into question by the football authorities, but that never happens...
