Commentators saying that Wolves played well when really the RS were dreadful
I obviously don't agree and think major trophies are what they're primarily after, less fixture congestion will be an advantage.
LvG and Conté were both sacked either straight after or not long after winning this cup, for top four clubs it's a bonus if they win it but doesn't really mean much in the final reckoning.
Well they ain't won any trophies for a while so I'd say they shouldn't be dismissing the FA Cup so readily.
p.s those two managers were sacked whether they won it or lost it anyway
oh and pps since we last won it in 1995 only Wigan and Portsmouth have won it apart from either the rs, Arsenal, Utd, Chelsea or City.
That tells me that the top teams tend to take it seriously because they are the ones who are winning it.
I won't be pandering to those sort of views.
They can spin coming 4th as winning all they like but it's still losing. Those owners who sack managers after trophies but hold up coming third or fourth as success are stains on modern football.
Klopp is a perennial trophy dodger so I won't be having any of that lot playing down yet another cup exit.
They will say they're aiming to win major honours, it's very arguable that the FA cup is anywhere near that especially for the top clubs
Them and Spurs have hardly won anything for a decade so I don't think either side can really turn there nose up at winning any trophyThey will say they're aiming to win major honours, it's very arguable that the FA cup is anywhere near that especially for the top clubs
