Tennis isn't subjective. There's lines. It's in or out

Offsides we're introduced so attackers didn't gain an advantage on a defender. Being offside by a mm, a toe, or an inch of a shoulder...isn't an advantage

Offside isn't subjective, at least it shouldn't be. They have determined that no part of the body can be ahead of the other player... better to have the rules be exact and clear than be down to interpretation. It just needs to be officiated better and improvements in technology will make this a reality.

JUST BAN TACKLING FFS.
As one who played the game for decades and reffed at Sunday League level, I'm finding it hard to come to terms with the fact that when a player is on the move, makes a tackle, and quite clearly gets to the ball first and clear it, how he is supposed to then be able to come a complete standstill in a millisecond in order not to come into contact with an opposing player. But many on here, I know, will disagree with me...

The problem is that they can't even consistently define what clear and obvious is. Genuinely, I'd just bin the whole thing off because it's counter-productive.

Statistically, they may now be getting more correct decisions, but some of the decisions are irrelevant while others are utterly needless.

I'm not arsed if someone's little toe is offside or if they're leaning forward with their arm: show it on the screen, give 'em twenty seconds and that's it.
I’d start by saying something clear and obvious should be picked up on one replay, in real time. If nothing jumps out as being wrong, move the game on.

Taking 4+ minutes, multiple angles and super slow-mo to decide a player is a literal cm offside is absolutely not what the tech is for.

Why don't refs go on a rugby refs course. They have no control over these matches and consistently look lost.
They really do need to watch how video review is administered in rugby and see the lessons in it. Most footy fans would be happy to see that system employed after the farces we see week after week in the Prem. I would suspect.
