Quick question. If Cannon is a good player, why isn't he getting games? I believe that Stoke and Sunderland are both very interested in this window.
He's scored a lot of goals and underage. He has potential but hasn't broken through to the first team. He did well at Preston last season on loan. He's good a that level, maybe he can push on but unlikely to get a chance here this season.
England want him to switch from Ireland U21's to them. He probably will so Lee Carsley seems something in him.

Absolutely on loan, just think it’s early to sell him.
I was thinking loan myself. But we would need him to sign an extension.
Then hope he smashes it in the championship. So we could make a decent profit. I just dont see him getting past 3 other strikers, otherwise we would have aimed for loans and not actually bought anyone.
