One of the few players who always puts a shift in and can pick a pass too. Will play wherever he's asked but is perhaps asked to play in sub optimal positions too often.

At the very least he's a great squad option who arrived without a transfer fee.

He'll do everything in his power to not play two natural wide players. Even when we have two "wingers" on the pitch, one of them ends up playing in a floating role behind the striker while a midfielder occupies the left. He's a proper weird manager

I think looking back RM holds grudges against players.

Even when about to be sacked he doesn't give two wingers a run in the team, or play 2 up front. Stubborn to the end.
