Well it's an improvement on what most people on here have been suggesting lately so I'll take that as a positive.

Still a lot to learn, but I'm hoping that once everyone is fit Silva can pick and chose the games to play him in so we can see a steady continued improvement in him over time. Hopefully he can become an important and "valued" squad player for us.

What does this mean? Is the fact that at 20 years of age he can put on the Captain's armband and have a great game against a Championship side something that should be seen as a sign that he's lacking or behind in his development as a player?

Bingo. He bossed Man City two years ago, so we know he's got it in him. That doesn't make odds on to win the Ballon D'Or, but supporters have no middle ground anymore. You're either boss or jarg, with no in-between.

Some lads on here really need to get a grip.
He has started his career throughout a crisis.
He will benefit and grow through some stability and playing with better players in a proper system.
