Everything he does is half-hearted. There's no energy, enthusiasm for a young player. We're getting schooled in midfield every game he plays.

I'm starting to feel sorry for him. He knows he's not good enough for this level.

The majority of the team are playing badly and Davies isn't playing well. He seemed to be in a mindset where no chances are to be taken nor is he willing to drive forward. I worry that it's the way he's being coached as when the young lads come in they seem to have some intent and then after half a season they revert to the passive / side /back pass standard.

He's just not an athlete. Not fit enough to be a professional footballer in my opinion. He should never have made it pro.
