The reason is that they were Koeman Allardyce and Silva. No mark managers.

I'm a big Davies fan. He always tries to do the right things and I prefer that to safety first dross. We need energy. He can give it and I can't understand why he's been treated so poorly.

100% correct, Silvas stubbornness or not knowing how to change the system which has been holding us back for years, it continuing to cause us and some players damage. Surely if he has no idea there are some of the coaching staff that could assist him, but I reckon it’s a case of it’s his way or no way,if that’s the case it should be bye bye Silva.

I think the other have been bought in for hefty fees, it looks bad on the club if a youngster replaces them, shouldn’t be that way people should play on merit. I bet in training a Tosun is the best finisher, but never gets a chance, there’s something badly wrong behind the scenes.

Quite the opposite. A succession of 4 different managers played him over 50 times in the PL before he was 21, sounds like putting faith in him to me. He’s not good enough for the England first team , but captains the England u21, similarly if all our full international players are playing like they should he won’t get in the team, when those same players are playing like we did against Villa and Bournemouth he can hardly do any worse.

If Silva continues to persist with a midfield of Schneiderlin and Sigurdsson then Tom Davies may not have to wait too long before he does get a chance... from a new manager.

He was made Captain last season ..... from Captain to not getting on the bench? - bust up is my guess......

I'd play him instead of Sigurdsson. Our midfield is constantly overrun because Sigurdsson is counted as a midfielder but does not do the job of midfielder. Nor is he doing the job of an attacker.

I like Davies, and think he could grow as a player given the opportunity. Is Sigurdsson going to improve? Chance would be a fine thing...
