If a decent offer comes in for him then I would sell. If not send him off on loan to a team who will play him as an attacking midfielder and see if he has anything. Then reasses in 6 months to a year. He is not getting much game time so not really any point keeping him as a bench player when we have a ton of others who can come off the bench and be just as bad as he is. He is still youngish and a move away for a bit maybe the making of him.

I’m one of the few here who still back TD but this is not a useful data point IMO.

We just did not have enough midfielders. We even got rid of Schneiderlin who I’m glad to see gone but it was another body. You’re looking at Toffee Girl or the testicle guy if Davies doesn’t play.

Fair enough, but in that time he did leave out both Gomes and Sigurdsson.

I am not trying to say how well Tom Davies has done, but I think those saying he will be first out the door are wrong.

They've just signed Jeff Hendrick and Matty Longstaff has signed a new contract so no chance they are in for Tom. They also have no money.
