It's not like they have time on there hands is it? I'd be amazed if they don't check the opinion of fans on forums.
THey don't need to, Twitter gives them all the abuse they need.

Ok mate, you know more than all the scouts and coaches.
Utter madness, they played well when the team played well...like the back end of last season Dom lead the line superbly.
Fancy that...young lads play wel when team plays well, wow, the shock!!
We play bad they also play bad.
You have to have the correct environment for young lads to develop and play well, its that simple......well, maybe not.
They are just people mate, you don't just become thick skinned or delicate
A few, half the ground groans as soon as he misses a pass, just like Ross. Only a fool would not be able to see how that would affect a player.
I am talking individually or couldn't you grasp that before going into an uncontrollable rant. They are part of a team and if the team play bad and the youngster plays bad then you say it's the fault of the other players. Players can still play well if the team overall does not. My point remains....none of our youngsters have improved and probably regressed hence the frustration. They haven't stepped up from there initial stance. Now do you understand.....well, maybe not.
Ha ha ha OK But I do know when a youngster has not progressed and understand why fans can get frustrated.I dont think you understand the game at all, shame really.
Davies isn't progressing because he's plateaued. This is as good as he's ever going to be.Ha ha ha OK But I do know when a youngster has not progressed and understand why fans can get frustrated.

It does effect players.......you either melt away or fight and try harder.
It means that we would be better off not criticising then we do not run the risk of affecting their game. What does able to take criticism and not being able to take criticism mean I wonder.
This is the point I am attempting to get across.
It means that we would be better off not criticising then we do not run the risk of affecting their game.
It's quite simple really
John Lundstram was the best midfielder on the pitch on Saturday and is 4 years older than Davies, if he can get better and hold his own in the Premiership then why can't Tom Davies?
Davies can hold his own in individual games though, as could Baningime, Markelo etc. The issue is doing it regularly, and going beyond holding your own. I don't think Lundstram has developed into the type of player we wish we still had, he's just a good professional who doesn't look wildly out of his depth. The same would apply to most Championship level players.John Lundstram was the best midfielder on the pitch on Saturday and is 4 years older than Davies, if he can get better and hold his own in the Premiership then why can't Tom Davies?
They shouldn't that is a point I am makingOH right so one of our players might melt away because we give them grief??? Good plan that.
