I posted in the Allen thread that with Carlo’s influence and coaching he could develop into a decent Allen type player , and he made a decent start in that sense. Still a long way to go , but he covered all the ground , marked up players who were lose, protected the back four and generally passed the ball around accurately. He still reminds me of the Simpson’s episode when a youngster is causing havoc and Homer goes “ Don’t let it be the boy , don’t let it be the boy....Doh , it is the boy .” When ever something goes wrong I think “ Doh , it’s the boy “ .
