I doubt he'll be going anywhere, especially if we get relegated, a lot are leaving due to contracts running out, we'll need a squad and Davies is still here which would be an extra body to replace on top of the leavers. Only my opinion though.

Well let’s hope we don’t go down. I’d sell in a heartbeat, but he only has a year left in the summer and a season out with injuries, means we wouldn’t even get 2 Bob for him. So unfortunately he probably gets a new deal so we can sell the following summer for a fee, if we get a couple of new midfielders in the summer, maybe loan him out with looming to sell the following summer

Yeah he's at that stage of his career where he really needs to kick on, he's been around the first team a long time now but if he can't I'd look to sell, only he does fill a HG spot though and is competent enough to use in an emergency, be interesting to see what happens in the next 18 months with him.

While he's here, this is the best chance of the last few managers for Davies to improve. If he can't with the inspiration of Lampard & Cole, some coaching and tactics from the team and the importance placed on younger, english players, he's never gonna do it. But a Championship-League one career is also not bad! Still one out of millions to try to get a career in football

I think if he takes the time to dedicate himself to extra training sessions working on specific drills such as how to utilise his fairly quick feet with the ball he can push on like JJK has. The lad has talent as a footballer but is just lacking sometimes. Hopefully he can grab his chance with both hands when he is fit again.
