was poor tonight and always on the periphery of the game and not involved as much as usual. Stuck at it but thought it would have been better to put Ross in the middle sooner and Valencia or Lookman on the right..

Think Davies ended up almost playing left wing backing up Baines.

Looked knackered and a liability in the last half hour, but unfortunate that our other midfielders are injured. Hopefully a learning curve for him.

Yep not very good tonight. His form has certainly dipped in recent games (partly expected because of his age) and the games seem to be passing him by.

Agree, thought he looked leggy and didn't really get near whoever he closed down. Poorest I have seen him play for us but he is 18 and allowed off days.

definitely a allowed an off day mate isn't he and like you said looks very leggy. During the international break I think he played 2 full games as well so has played non stop since just after Christmas

Off the boil the last few games, needs to be given a break for a week or two.

Hopefully with Morgan back and the fact that Leicester dont have a particularly quick, mobile and skillful midfield, we can play Barry again and rest Tom.

He is much better when he has freedom to roam around the pitch. I think he will learn to be more disciplined in the future though. He is still very young.

Is far better with Schneiderlin there to clean up after him, with Barry he has to stay deeper and try to win the ball back himself when he loses it.

Wouldn't drop him because I wouldn't say he's even had a properly bad game yet. And what other options do we have anyway? McCarthy and Besic are crocked and Barry clearly is on the brink.
