What was he like when you seen him mate? Coaching staff aside from Rooney have him as being the best natural talent they have worked with.

That doesn't surprise me in the least. You get different feedback at different times about different players. Walsh has been spoken about as arguably the most talented of the current crop and I know Martinez thought highly of him.

He is sublimely talented when I watched him mate. You have to think Paul Scholes towards the end of his career. Fantastic passer of the ball and a wand of a left foot. He can tackle and has a bit of a nasty streak like Scholes had. Great positional awareness and picks out space. He would essentially "run the game" like how Scholes would.

There was a derby game (under 18's) which we won 5-0 which was one of the most 1 sided under 18's games I've seen. He was an under 17 and played alongside Davies. Davies was fantastic but Walsh was on another level. He scored, assisted and just dictated the tempo. As I said above he ran the game.

Since moving to Yeovil he looks to play less of a sitting role and a bit more box to box where his youth and stamina help him.

The caveat with Walsh is that he is such a little lad. I think we will have to wait until he has completed his full physical development before he's in contention. The other worry a bit like Scholes is he plays in a way that often goes unappreciated in England. So we will see.

As you can tell watching Walsh play football is a great luxury as he is often so far ahead of his peers in his age group and I could wax lyrical about him for much longer.

He is probably considered our best talented, but also the one who will take most management to get ready for premier league football. In all honesty, Davies, Dowell and Kenny have shown they can play at that level and Ledson will too. Walsh still looks a bit small but give him time.

99% sure Walsh is right footed mate.

Also from this video he doesn't look all that much smaller than Williams so maybe he is closer to 5'10" than we thought?
