Top 4 Champions League Race

Having a good season is very much still on.
To achieve getting into the Champions League, it massively helps when rival teams drop points so you would really want all your rivals to go far in the current European campaign* cos their massive fixture lists in this condensed season will help with them dropping points.

* Obviously don't want any of them to actually win one of them.

Of course it's still on for us, with this mental league that is all over the place. Unless a few teams get some consistency and string the wins together to pull away (I don't see that personally, but we've got 4 on the trot twice already, so why not us!?), then we stay in the mix.
Personally, I will be gutted of we don't get Europe, given how bad the league is this season.

We could do with getting a couple more players in this window - better options for Carlo in midfield and attack, and get some more dross out the squad, but we shouldn't be ruling out a top 4 push even without recruitment imo.
